ORDER
Can I place an order over the phone?
You can shop by phone by calling (352)-455-4317 or (352)-910-0130 between the hours of 8AM and 6PM daily (EST). Also, you can place your order online or by visiting our farm.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase or at the time of sending a parcel (if you shop by phone).
BILLING AND PAYMENT
Do you accept COD (cash on delivery)?
We do not accept COD. All furniture must be paid for prior to delivery.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Electron, Maestro), and personal or business checks. We also have quite a few purchase options.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long do I have to wait for my delivery?
It depends on the area where you live. Our farm is situated in Altoona, Florida. Usually, we send your order in 1-2 days after getting it from you.
