Raw gallberry honey is produced by nature in the Ocala national forest in Florida. The Ocala Natural Forest is one of the most ecologically clean places in the world to have an apiary, and the result of this “safe-zone” is the production of a very pure, high-quality, safe honey. No harmful particles have ever been found in any of our apiary honey or honey products.
